For WIDECOM 2019, at least one full registration for each accepted paper is required:

Main conference fees:
Early Registration (Before Nov. 15, 2018): 350 EURO
Late Registration (After Nov. 15, 2018): 400 EURO

Students fees/Workshop fees:
Early Registration (Before Nov. 15, 2018): 250 EURO
Late Registration (After Nov. 15, 2018): 300 EURO

Attendee (Non-Auhor) fees (to be paid on site): 75 EURO

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations and requests for refunds must be made in writing to Dr. Sanjay Kumar Dhurandher at dhurandher@gmail.com. All requests must be received before Nov. 15, 2018. Cancellations are subject to a 50 EURO processing fee.

No cancellations will be allowed after November 30, 2018.

All accepted papers will be included in Springer Series: Lecture Notes on Data Engineering and Communications Technologies. Proceedings will be sent by Springer for indexing in EI Compendex, MetaPress, ISI Proceedings, Springerlink, and SCOPUS. Authors of accepted papers will be given instructions for submission of camera ready and copyright form.

All authors of accepted papers will have access to the electronic version of the proceedings.

Extended versions of selected papers at Widecom 2019 will be considered for publication in Special Issues of the International Journal of Space-Based and Situated Computing (IJSSC); the International Journal of Grid and Utility Computing (IJGUC), Inderscience, UK, and the Internet of Things, Engineering Cyber Physical Human Systems, Elsevier.
